Special prayers going up today for my cousin and very good friend, Chris (far right), as he is in surgery right now. He is having "Tommy John" surgery on the medial collateral ligament of his right elbow, in hopes of returning to professional baseball next year. I know the rehab is going to be rough and intense, so I wish him the best in recovery!

Finally a blogger!

Well, inspired by a very special friend, I have decided to join the blogging world. Just as she is doing, I will blog occurrences in my life so that one day I can look back and appreciate the journey. After all, "Life is a journey, not a destination." I am excited about this task and my busy life should lead to an exciting story someday.
